Like whether you play on a Europen Server or a US server. Also what type of content you prefer. My guild is a great guild for me, but might be horrible for people who are ultra competitive or elitist, since we're casual and inclusive. Not all guilds fit all people. I know people that love my guild and have been there for many years. I know people who didn't fit and have moved on. Shrugs.
