Kodan Claw Event Bugged (Chuka and Champawat)

First, sorry for my language mistakes, not a native english speaker (or writer). I started Chuka & Champawat (legendary short bow) journey two days ago, but now, i am stuck with the last items of the first collection (item dropping when you defend the kodans against the largos at the Song of Final Exile). I know the event is the end of a chain starting with escorting the quaggan emissary from his village nearby to the kodan village. I've waited for 4-5 hours friday, and another 3 hours yesterday for nothing, no events at all.

I saw on the reddit numerous posts about those events being bugged/"deactivated", and players receiving the collection item from the support after writing a ticket, but those were at least 4-5 months so ago, and lots of them were about the next collections, III and IV mostly.

So, question : are those events still bugged ? If yes, how can i finish the collection ? Do i need to contact support to get that item ? Or are the events just on a REALLY long timer reset ?

You can try right after a patch/release when all maps are reset.You can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and discuss the issue.

Yeah, either wait for a patch release or get lucky and get into a non-bugged map instance. Had this issue with when I made the bow as well. My best advise would probably be vigilant. I contacted CS about this, but before they can even do something about it, I got into a non-bugged map 2 days after submitting my ticket. Felt like an idiot.

I'm trying the same thing for The Hunt, and it seems my map (IP:163) has been bugged for a while. I'm sitting here in-map with quite a few others who are at the same point and just want the event chain to not be bugged, but sadly there's no option to change maps and even because of the scant number of users in the map, it doesn't matter about relogging to try for a different map, because it seems like this is the only one available.

I've submitted a ticket to customer service about this, but somehow I'm not expecting much of a reaction to it, if the events have been bugged for this long.

I've tried CS 7 times - they honestly, literally and absolutely do not care one bit. They will not address it. Full stop.
