Art Issues: Map Art

Whenever I load into an area (any map), these types of trees are all lit up - They flicker very quickly between their intended texture and lined/clear.

It's different trees/bushes every time.I have looked around and it DOES only ever seem to be trees that move in the wind.

It does not seem to matter no matter how many in-game settings I change...

Would appreciate any advice.

I'm not sure if this is the correct thread, but it just annoys the crap out of me, how long hairs on my characters clip through all shields and backpieces. Could this be fixed please? Considering in a game, where fashion is such a meme, this should not happen. It seems to work as intended when you're on a mount, but on foot this happens on a lot of backpieces. :(

newest (from 2020 Four Winds festival) Zephyr Scaffolding guild hall decoration seems to have a bugged texture/model. There are two scaffoldings on top of each other, one with very buggy low-resolution, merged together into one object. Would be great if the "low res" version could get removed, leaving only the High-resolution model.
