After every season/expansion the old content gets improved , should the same be done to raids?

Hearth of Thorns meta's got better and with mounts introduced in the next expansion it was easier to traverse the lands around the map
At the end of season 4 the path of fire meta's got put on a timer and and where rewarded a hero chest with choice of some loot needed for legendaries

Should the same be done to raids?
When a new chapter of raids get released the old ones are improved in small ways in the rewards par or the smoothness of the old raids

Was thinking of other ways to change some old raids, but 1 not many people do raids and 2 changing anything big will not be done by anet because it would cost too many resources
And we dont have too many raids available yet.

When we do hit the spot that more people do the new raids and ignore the old raids then I was thinking of giving a set of old raids a blessing that changes per week per set of raids
Like week 1 Forsaken Thicket: Spirit Vale gets the buff that increases damage by x%
And week 2 and 3 it keeps on changing around all of the old raids, But it will be a long way before that ever happens so we shall wait and see

    So you want for old raids to get easier with time? Beside the fact that they already do simply due to power creep, what reasoning would there be for this? Gear hasn't changed, why should gaining the rewards be made easier?

    As far as rewards, Arenanet already implemented an unlimited Legendary Dinvinations into Legendary Insights exchange for Wings 5-7. For people who want to get legendary armor, they can already do so via any raid once they have the achievement collection done and does not require wings 1-4. The wing unique skins remain rewards exclusive to the content, as is the case with almost all pve exclusive skins.

    "The old content gets improved"......Glance at Dungeon i think raid got all the attention it needed

    You mean 5-10% of old content gets improved, that's like the difference between Exotic and Ascended gear. Sure, it makes a difference in a few cases but for the most part it means nothing and the game isn't better for it.
