JusticeRetroHunter.7684 Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 Sometimes i do see a blue circle for the soothing mist pulse...I believe it exists but I can’t really prove it.But ya I would like to know how many people are effected by soothing mist at any given time. Like a counter rather instead of a buff circleIt says the target cap is 5 but I’m positive it can be on at least 15 people at maximum efficiency but I really can’t tell For sure Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jski.6180 Posted July 3, 2019 Share Posted July 3, 2019 It would be nice to have both a light blue circle when in low end moods and a mistly effect ring when every thing is cut up. That being said soothing mist should get a 10 target cap when traited.Maybe even a no cap effect but no lasting effect.
