Kuulpb.5412 Posted July 18, 2019 Share Posted July 18, 2019 I just want to get everyone’s opinion on something - Reaper 5% healing in shroud is “too much survivability” but Scrapper 15% barrier per hit (which i find fun) isn’t? Like - for engineer you dont need to be in range 300-360(i forget which), you “heal” for more and engineer already has stuff like automatic elixir S.
