Skill works okay against melee foes that are moving towards you, but not so good against kiting foes that are strafing.

Skill should take effect on foe instantly upon cast. Like DS 3 Fear. Or Scepter 3 feast.We should just do away with whatever travelling projectile puppy.

Unreliable skills are generally bad skill design.

This skill is so unreliable. You are lucky if you make contact once every 10 casts. It might as well be a melee skill because that is the only time it will hit anything. I've had it miss a target standing still on a hill. The snail speed projectile was more reliable than this. Its like they were trying to fix it, but accidentally made it garbage. Which i guess is the story of necro in general.
