Alatar.7364 Posted July 23, 2019 Share Posted July 23, 2019 To answer the title:Yes and No, it just fits in the existing ones.If used it requires a great sacrifice since thief has 3 locked in utility skills so if you want portal it means you are giving up something almost vital that may go as far to force you to dramatically change your play-style.
