Havoc Specialist is one of the worst designed traits

A trait that makes you want to not be supported is bad design. It is the only trait i know which results in a bad outcome for you if other players support you. If anyone refills your endurance you need to deplete it again. Guildwars is about playing together and this trait just feels completely against that.

I think you don't get the topic. Needing to dodge to keep the damage is not the problem. The problem is that other players can interfere and refill it, even if you don't want to. A game mechanic that is supposed to be beneficial and helpful suddenly becomes an annoyance, if you pick the trait.

I think you don't get the topic. Needing to dodge to keep the damage is not the problem. The problem is that other players can interfere and refill it, even if you don't want to. A game mechanic that is supposed to be beneficial and helpful suddenly becomes an annoyance, if you pick the trait.

So pick your traits accordingly to the situation you'll be using them in. Then play to utilize them correctly. Nothing about this trait is problematic imo. Refilling it also won't be a problem, because you can easly lose it on demand. And if you can't... well, back to the start: pick accordingly.

In practice, more endurance = I seriously have to dodge RIGHT NOW and break my AA chain to keep damage?

Yea Havoc is pretty bad.

Change it to deal 3% more Condi and Damage per stack, gain a stack for 7 seconds after a dodge.

That would probably be too similar to the grandmaster traits. I would just reverse it. Gain bonus damage and condition damage the more endurance you have. Or remove it and add a condition enhancing option. All of the traits on master focus on power damage, there is no option for condition builds.
