Corwin.6397 Posted July 30, 2019 Share Posted July 30, 2019 Still a bug.Just to add some details - it's not only the mount engage skill that bugs it out.I run double shortbow and occasionally one of my bows loses it's bowstring even when I just dismount normally. Astyrah.4015 Posted July 2, 2020 Share Posted July 2, 2020 bug still not fixed. but there seems to be a work-around.if you hide your bow by unchecking the box the bow strings wont disappear if you attack with your mount. i believe this is because it re-renders the bow each time when it is hidden (duh) thus the bow string render always gets refreshed instead of bugging out and disappearing when you normally have your weapon shown at all times. 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It usually happens from mount/dismount or even using mount skills for me. Really disappointing that this bug has been around for so long and a shame that I wasted that much time to craft a legendary that it's not working as indended. Like, yeah sure, it's not ground breaking or anything but no one wants to have their bow hidden just so the bow string can load properly or incomplete most of the time with mount usage.
