Potato PC William.2583 Posted August 3, 2019 Share Posted August 3, 2019 I just bought the 49$ pof and hot standard edition. I log in the game, it is still the game, it shows "upgrade your account". If the Story Journal does not offer HoT/PoF Episodes, then you will have to contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance.Good luck. The website and game are not connected, logging in one does not mean you will be logged in on the other. Though ones account is the same for both. That you did not check to make sure you were on the right account on site is not anet's fault.You may have luck contacting customer support.
