I have these same issues; game crashing in DX11 mode while Deldrimor Stoneskin is equipped and the change in hair color.

The 2v2 mode is just an intermission between actual 5v5 seasons. Instead of having on-season and off-season 5v5, we now apparently have 2v2 & 3v3 seasons replacing the off-season time. This 2v2 season is only two weeks long or something like that, check the pvp screen for the actual end date and time.

What is this reward track. Haven’t seen it? There are four of them, actually:-Glory to the Blood Legion-Glory to the Ash Legion-Glory to the Flame Legion-Glory to the Iron Legion

No, you are wrong. The compensation is based on time of log in, not on lost progress. There are people who have suffered 0 lost progress but are eligible for the mount skin just because they logged in during the announced time period. I repeat: ELIGIBILITY TO COMPENSATION IS NOT BASED ON LOST PROGRESS. And that is the major problem here, not the part where people who actually lost something, need to submit tickets / do "paperwork" to get lost items back etc are compensated.

"Skipping Stones" is a jumping puzzle located in Southsun Cove and has nothing to do with any of the Skyscale collections. Hint on the collection item tooltip refers to the correct JP, Spelunker's Delve. Simply renaming the collection item to "Skyscale Lost - Spelunker's Delve" should clear the confusion.
