From what I have read we as , for the most part of us, are not crying because of the nerf to us Soulbeasts like the pet swaps. For myself It's they are taking away things that make each profession unique. Not just Soulbeasts other professions have had it also while some that not need things taken away but toned down which I will not go into as over 300 people have repeatably said does not get touched. I'm fine with the cool downs and nerfs in some damage, but don't take away what makes our professions unique. Might as well have a one profession fits all with multi builds.

First off I thought the balances were to be for PvP and WvW content, not Pve. Guess I read wrong. For Pve it is totally uncalled for. I myself as a Soulbeast concerning the pet swap now "need" to swap pets to survive certain situations. Some of the new maps the mobs have extremely high aggro range and not just a couple mobs, a blob of them. Needing to change pets like to a bird for "swoop" so I can get the heck out of there when over whelmed with aggro for instance. I really don't understand this for Pve at all. No one is crying over Pve builds. Now for PvP and WvW I do understand some things needed to be toned down, my profession included. But you kind of knocked down a little to hard. You have taken away what makes each profession unique in some cases. You might as well just have only 1 profession with multi builds the way it stands now. I was hopeful, not sure why as history has not changed in making things right, it seems to be only getting worse. Kind of like all the new content and new store items as such. They are just ....blah really. Thrown together or remade copies of other past gem store items. I don't mean to sound down about all the changes, but GW2 is a wonderful game, best out there right now. Shame to let it keep sliding instead of making it "Great" again. Unless that is the point that staff is tired of it and slowly letting it die?: I don't know.....just my 2 cents.

I would very much like it if we could have more dye pattern options for our Skyscale to make it more uniquely ours. <3

Dear ArenaNet after all this time of Akili asking Amala out on a date, she finally accepted. In his rushed haste to go and meet her, he tripped and fell and is now stuck. Please help the poor Akili out of his predicament. :(

It was pretty extensive the whole process to get the mount. Even I grumbled at a couple things. It is tho tied into the new Legendary Accessory, so knowing that explains the grind for it. Also I have found on some past new things that you had to do with new maps and such, most of it could be done and completed in a few hours. You get all excited waiting for the new venture, do it in a few hours. Then it's done, and well that was that. Done over quick and the thrill was over. Having to do the Skyscale collections took some time. Once you get your mount it will all be worth it. :) promise. Hey and look at it this way. If you put the effort in look at how much map currency you can collect to turn into VM and buy Trophy Shipments. Gold in your wallet to buy new Skyscale skins that I'm sure will be coming out. :open_mouth:

I grumbled at first learning of the collection of the map currency, then think you are going to get your mount once you finished to find out you have to go for another collection of 28 different maps........But after learning the Skyscale is tied into the new Legendary Accessory it all made some sense for the grind of the mount. <3

Repeat reply from other thread: still shaking my head over reading about this today :angry:I now take back being one of the few that said "I have enjoyed the timegated collections for the Skyscale" . This having to go back and grind each map for the map currency at 250 a pop is uncalled for. I like many do not have any saved and stored. After using what I needed for mini's and such from the map, I used any left over to turn into VM. The mount does not do anything super magical for this much work to make it worth this much effort. At this point I would rather pay the 250g like the Griffon and be done with it. The excitement of getting closer to seeing my baby hatchling grow up to be a big girl is slowly fading.........................................................This just popped the daily excitement of doing the next steps of progression.

I am very happy our voices were listened to. I actually enjoyed doing the time gated way. Once I got to hatching and caring for our egg it made all the work and wait worth while. It is so cute playing with our new baby.As for those wanting the new update for the time gated to be only 2 hours to go in effect now, I do not agree with. Simply to be fair to those of us that have or had to do it the time gated way. Having to wait till the 28th is fair. I wouldn't like if others got to do it in a few hours now and those of us that have been doing it for days. Thanks again very much for listening <3
