I've always had them 1 through 4 and the rest of abilities on q,e,r,f,v,c,x and and some shift combinations of those I don't really understand how most play with active attack abilities binded to number keys

Just got there and couldn't understand why I couldn't do it like I saw in the guides. Glad I found this topic Yup, still bugged, can't progress. I don't even have any flying mounts 😞

Read that that you can't buy gems in game while playing from geforce now and that I should use some 3rd party retailer. I'm from eastern Europe so don't know how well those transactions would go, but was wondering if I can buy off of the official game store (https://buy.guildwars2.com) and receive my stuff in game?

Returning to the game after a few years and my weaver has full ascended (with agony resist) sinister gear. Noticed that all the condi builds have viper gear as recommend. Am I gimping myself too much by continuing to play with sinister? I'd like to do some fractals and strikes (maybe even get into raiding) after finishing the story and living worlds

Isn't it kind of the same with every reward in any pve open world activity? In metas, you show up, you follow the commander mindlessly, do some damage and get rewards (better than wvw). Or world bosses, where it's even easier. So following this logic, why should the wvw rewards be worse? Because PvE players are strictly worse than the AI and thus think that defeating the AI is harder than defeating other players.I'm not talking about if they're good or not. And I don't want to start a pve vs wvw debate either. I'm strictly talking about the activities: wvw vs metas/world bosses. At a fundamental level, they're the same: players grouping up to defeat/conquer something. There's no reason the rewards are so subpar to the other two game mods where you can just show up. I think I'm missing something. If somebody can tell what that is. On a side note, thinking about this made me realise that people that join wvw just to farm pips and not contribute to the activity are just bad at farming, in general.

I explained in another thread, if you cleans the cc that he keeps stacking on you just before he starts vacuuming, you can just faceroll him. Almost stayed in place with sc/d weaver.Maybe I did something else that I didn't realise, but I believe this is what causes him to take hp, the stacks of tourment (or w/e he uses for cc).

Came back to gw2 (around 2 months ago) and wanted to make a marauder set for my thief. Made the marauder set. Then I realised I made with the tailor. :anguished:I wanna see somebody beat that kind of stupidity.

Completed that in like 10 minutes of trying. Felt good afterwards.I think the chef should have a "baby option" to spoon feed people a mastery a day. Just sit in a toddler's chair and get the mastery.

Noticed the same thing when I got Marauder for my eli for wvw and then tried it for open world and fractals. Haven't touched zerker since.
