Edit: A patch fix today unlocked the vendors for me. I had all paths complete on most dungeons and all story modes completed on all. Turns out it was a bug. "Note: Accounts that have already completed any story mode or explorable path before this change are exempt from this requirement." Are they ignoring their own patch notes? Really, wtf is going on here. They had 10 years to improve dungeons and THIS is their solution? Force people to do crappy content HUNDREDS OF TIMES to get back 8 vendors they had open for 10 years?! And without any warning so we could spend our tokens? They need to read their own patch notes and FIX THIS.

I already replied twice. That will not give the pre purchase items. I did not purchase Path of Fire. I was on the screen comparing the three EoD pre purchase packages.

I clicked on gem store banner during PRE sale and bought EOD, standard. Went to play and it was not there. Go to email receipt to see if I need to add a code, and see Path of Fire?! which was already on my account-- and there was no code for anything in receipt. Is there any way to speak the someone on the phone and get this fixed. What I write is ignored for a copy/paste reply that does not address the issue.

Recently returned to game and my bank was cluttered with decoration pieces from raids. It said I could double click them to deposit so I did. So where did they go and how do you actually use them?

This is reassuring, thank you. It is not in inventory, bank, another equipment tab, or available to select in customize. All I can think of at this point is that I never had it in Aurora. I had a full set of +9 Agony resist but maybe it's in an old ascended trinket that I loaned to another character because I just can't find it. I will check there. Thanks to all who replied.

I have not played in probably 5 years. Wanted to see the name of a stat distribution on a pink trinket in my bag. Instead, I must have clicked to equip it, and my Aurora was unequipped. I couldn't find it in bag or bank and after panic saw it was in the equipment panel. I guess they are digital now to share? That is fine, but when I equipped it again, my infusion was gone. I went to customize and it was not there to put back in. Where is the infusion? Was it destroyed just by accidentally unequipping Aurora? For those who use legendary backpiece and trinket on multiple builds, how do you manage the infusions without them being destroyed? Also, Will the sigils and infusions get destroyed if you unequip a legendary weapon? Any explanation on how to navigate all of this without losing stuff is appreciated.

Ugh! I've been mostly in PoF and didn't know about all the barriers. Why not just keep mounts in PoF rather than wreck/frustrate the other parts of the game?

Yeah, that was poor design/very misleading. I believed the crates when they told me 2x there was nothing in them and I left only to wander for a stupid amount of time not finding anything.

I love the art, design, music and voice acting. I love the volume of stuff there is to do. The cool places to find/explore hit the nail on the head--- pretty much what I loved about the original game. Would rather have had meta like HoT than the bounties. Full squad just smashes everything. GOLD: Nothing drops gold. Yet, you keep putting in more and more gold sinks. Used to be gold would build just by participating. Now, I am broke all the time. Mounts: Never felt we needed them. Should be able to switch mounts without dismounting/cool down first. Bag space and other... seems like a big cash grab with every patch that comes out. Let us deposit mats. Give key ring and place for recipes and collection items. Stop adding more crap that doesn't store. It really makes it look like ftp cash grab.
