The problem for some larger alliances is - Numerous players have maxed 5 guilds - some personal banks/pve guilds - so when there is a beta we urge everyone to make a guild space - to join a mock alliance guild. (people were asking anet at previous beta to increase guild cap to 6 for these tests) And this has to be done as Anet have not worked out how to link multiple guilds still, which is supposed to be happening. When beta finishes all return to the staus quo of guild banks etc as the mock guild has no buffs, no claiming rights and is useless other than a stop gap to bring everyone together for the test. So when a beta announcement is thrown put on the forum (which Not everyone watches) with Only 48hrs notice, trying to rally nearly 300+people from multiple guilds and servers takes some time and effort.
  2. Great having another Beta, However, only giving 2days Notice is terrible planning on your part. established alliances now have 2 days to organise everyone in multiple guilds. Talk about last minute 😞

Great News that you have opened "Practically" every EU server this week, it certainly answers many of the forum/reddit complaints, and helps people/guilds on many servers In terms of future stabilisation of WvW servers: Why Not keep all servers closed for 3 months, then open them ALL for 4-5 day period to allow guilds/people to move IF they are unhappy.Then you close it again (for 3 month's), You can then relink the servers as you will know how to Balance them (for the following 3 month Lockdown) and it cannot be exploited by mass migration to another server as soon as a relink is announced.This would make WvW more balanced and fairer, whilst allowing people a time-gated transfer period should they wish to move. PS. Please stop with wvw gimmicks such as skill swop/golems & mobile canons.Bring back the Old season's (Gold Dolly finisher etc) with a buffed reward track/AP system.Many Thanks

The bottom line there are too many dormant accounts & accounts that have Not entered WVW for over 6 & 12 month's, that don't get excluded in server "FULL" calculations, these Need to be removed from the final calculation when determining a severs capacity.Core players on ANY server know what it's like on a day to day basis, and it's these that are disgruntled & dis-illusioned by the "FULL" statement.And to say some people are playing too long causes the imbalance is ridiculous, for IF this was the case anet should put a cap on how much WVW Time an account can have each Day,A couple of simple things to re-invigorate WVW.1- Dormant & Non WVW Accounts, that have not entered WVW in the past 8 month's, Remove them from a server's FULL calculation.2 - Dead server's with an ACTUAL WVW playing population below 100 people like FOW, close it in terms of WVW move the player base to another low pop server and give each account moved 1 free transfer , should they Not be happy.3 - Dev's STOP spending time & resources on silly events for WVW such as skill swop, golem events & mobile canons, all you would have to do is bring back the Old competitive season's with the achievement points and re-boost the rewards, Golden dolly finishers are nice, but give something worth fighting for.

At what point will Devs re-think the WVW Algorithm??At what point will Dev's remove Players who have NOT ventured into WVW in The last 6 month's from the equation that prompts them to say a server is Full??At what point will Dev's ASK "WVW Guild leaders" Their opinion, instead of just going of an outdated algorithm & those forum/reddit keyboard warriors?? The Piken situation last night was ridiculous, NOT 1 Single queue for the 1st 20 minutes of reset, and only 1 "Small" queue after 1 hour of game play.How can this constitute a FULL server? Some Piken guilds (and I'm sure this is on other servers also) have now got split people once again...Only this time we cannot server hop them to a link as we have been doing since the beginning of the year. So our (and others) have players who mainly WVW that cannot play together for a minimum of 2 motnth's, which is absolutely disgraceful. Anet has previously stated that their algorithms can pinpoint players wvw time a commanders tagged time and zones, Then surely it can Identify WVW Core Guilds, it's Leaders and Interact with those Leaders for idea's/suggestions/improvements and opinion..... A change is Drastically Needed, Lets hope you Listen and act in the "WVW" Players best interests for a change.Thank You
