Running GW2 as an administrator worked for me for an instance but once I exit out the game and tried to play again (as an administrator), it is now not letting me play it like before. I guess I gotta wait for the patch now. -
This worked for me. Try this everyone until Anet fixes this issue officially.

having the same issue, no add ons, the game won't load and it will just completely freeze my computer. i have to reboot.
