Volatile Harvesting Sickle unable to harvest Volatile Magic when gathering nodes

Please fix this bug for the volatile harvesting sickle tool as it cannot harvest any VMs at all in both PVE and WVW maps.

Finally anet have fixed this long term bug... I encountered this event twice today... and finish my Frenzy III collection now... Yeah~~~!!!

Hi Anet Support,The above event does not start at all even for quite a long time, understand this is a bug somehow but could you please fix it as I need to clear for the "Frenzy III" achievement?Thanks.
