  2. You didn’t finish the quote and I’m assuming on purpose. The full quote is “it really helps lend to that feeling of physics as you move through the air in ways that you haven’t before in world of Warcraft” this isn’t lie.
  3. Birds do that… they put their wings to their side and dive down. And what do you mean they claim to have made it? Nature made it, they just animated it in the game. A winged creature putting their wings to their side to dive down isn’t a creative imagination of how winged creatures act that anet dreamed up. Yes wow did the same thing. It’ll be fun to play!
  4. My question is, thematically, how else would they do a dive animation? We could say gw2 stole the animation from Batman too because that’s how he dives. It just makes sense to put your wings to your side and dive down. The same goes for a barrel roll. It’s not a new concept and that cork screw roll can be seen in other games as well. It’s obviously the same animation, I won’t argue that because it 100% is. I’m just saying I can’t think of a way they could do it any differently and still make it look smooth.

  6. Scepter and dagger. I’ve done condi builds but also power just in case Condis don’t proc it. They do turns out. So does specter shroud.
  7. I buy that, but they need to at least make it guaranteed after a certain amount of kills without getting an animation. I killed literally 30-40 mobs without getting it once. Then I got it.
  8. Aren't the gen 3 legendaries supposed to have on kill effects? I've killed countless mobs without getting this to give a kill animation. What gives? Is it bugged or is it only a chance to proc the effect? I was expecting the animation on every kill. Anyone else experiencing this? EDIT: just got the first animation after like 30+ kills, that needs an update to be more frequent if its rng... thats insane

  10. Please add a tiny ICD for activating shroud so it isnt as easy to double tap. It feels terrible to screw your entire rotation up due to double tapping.
  11. The nice thing about gliders is the slow precision. A griffon is far too fast to really land somewhere specific on purpose. I think it's a nice idea.

  13. What I'd like to see is 3 check boxes, one for each armor type, and be able to use anything on any character as long as the 6 pieces are the same.
  14. I did it earlier and stood next to the crystal while the group finished the cc to ensure I used it. I used it 3 times full channel just to be sure. Still 7/10.

  17. Thats all subjective. A legendary doesn't need to look fierce. You just want it to. Look at quip
  18. Maybe they could introduce a new legendary set but the only stats you can choose improve your onion gathering speed. Waiting for datshaman to LEEK the data mined onion set.
  19. Dead buttons how? You change the functionality. Adding torment and procing a shade isn't a dead button. It's just supportless. It's not over the top damage and if you remove the support aspect you get a mediocre dps with good self sustain. Taking demonic lore should remove the group barrier. Make them choose to take dmg or support. Allow flexibility to allow multiple play styles. There's zero reason to butcher the spec and send all the dps players to other specs or even other games. Also, I fully believe a scourge that provides group barrier should be 15k dps or under. But if you choose to spec to do 37k you do ZERO group barrier (still give yourself barrier since you have no shroud).
  20. You clearly didn't read my latest post on how to properly balance scourge. And I understand very well benchmarks and fundamental aspects of the game at a high level. I've been a competitive raider (in the games that HAVE competitive raiding) for over a decade so don't worry, I do happen to know the subject very well.
  21. In terms of both dmg and support yes. They need to separate the group barrier MORE via talents. Tear the dmg right off of the class IF you spec for more group barrier support and remove the group barrier functionality from the dps variant. Keep the personal barrier as a class defensive mechanic. There you go, I've just balance scourge in a way that won't affect dps players.
  22. Scg damage is mid tier, several classes out dmg it by quite a bit.
