  1. Shouldn't bump this, but i didnt realize it got any responses really. So now that armory is out and you would keep your legendary backpacks. I still think this would be a good idea. What is the purpose of having 3 legendary backpacks but i can only use 1. I want to show my dedication to getting the backpack from all 3 modes, but i can only wear 1 at a time. It can be a totally new skin. It doesnt even have to be shiny. I just want it to show my dedication to getting them all. Give it Golden fractal spikes, flames from warbringer, and add the mother of pearl glass and some bronze, it can be a monstrosity even. I just dont see an incentive to get more than 1 of them, but I like the achievements for them.
  2. and i dont think of it as a grind. I am saying it shouldn't be ideal to grind these achievements. It should encourage participation when usually you would just skip these events. While working on Aurora it serves me little purpose to jump into an event that I am not working towards. But if its 1% progress to my free banner and its an easy one. I might head towards an easy event that maybe the one person attempting to solo isn't able to complete alone.
  3. Once you get all your pieces of Decade armor these other items become available as a 1 time use item. *(unless the wiki is wrong). They are very incredible buffs so making them a 1 time use is reasonable to not ruin scribing, weapon crafting, and cooking 500*(like Feast of Delectable Birthday Cake arguably did). There are many ways to keep this manageable as a 1 time item, but ATM we only get to pick a few. Why not make the achievements repeatable after completing the armor set, but after completing the original achievement you only get 1/10th of a proof of legend, hopefully wallet added... I'd trade a 60 min best food utility banner for 100 events in one map section or 10 of the same world boss. it wouldn't be worth grinding, but a slow roll encouragement to jump into any event going on instead of skipping it. Just food for thought. A friend mentioned this would also help bring more action to older outdated content. Please if I am mistaken and ANET has already described the long term goal correct me if I am wrong. Feel free to give me feedback.
  4. My favorite part of Factions was the objective map pvp scenarios. I would love to see a similar game style like these again. I know you could argue WvW kind of covers a little of what Fort Aspenwood was about, but i liked that is was better balanced like structured pvp. I'd love to atleast see a throw back, or maybe a stronghold/unranked new match type. And adding a point system with rewards, like reputation with one faction or anything would be nice too.
  5. I don't want better stats but if someone grinds out all 3 Legendary backpacks they should get a Cool combo effect for merging all 3 together in the mystic forge just like combining the 2 greatswords.Who else wants this.
