  1. In that case it probably works the same as guild missions. Assuming two accounts have the same set of expansion and select the same categories then their dailies will be the same but different combinations of expansions and categories can result in completely different set of dailies.
  2. That would only get you the pre-precursors. Precursor requires ascended shards of glory which requires doing ranked matches.
  3. In that case imply buying SotO would be considered buying AA with real money because it provides additional ways of gaining AA.

  7. The masteries do not need to be maxed. All unlocked masteries just need to have their exp bar filled.

  9. IIRC it IS the one ground attack one but I also remember having to sort of roll around in the fire to trigger it. Roll in the pizza slice not the bacon .... 😛 The Jahai Bluff's bounty might also work if the attack has the same skill ID

Looks like the same order stats are listed on celestial gear.
  13. Consistent inconsistency is the only form of consistency you'll get around here but defense and armor are not the same thing. The formulas are different but it's the same for things like ferocity and critical damage.

  15. This might actually happen with the Wizard's Vault changes. It would still be slower than doing WvW but faster than current method which rely on completing WvW dailies that doesn't require playing WvW.
  16. That is just Silk Gloves Padding + Silk Gloves Panel + up to 8 different types of insignias but since you can only do one type at a time it should only be taking up 3 inventory slot. How are you running into overflow issues?
  17. Ele was like that until ANet gave in to players complaining about the damage it was doing while ignoring how fragile and the difficulty of achieving those results.
  18. Closer to 0.03% if we use ANet's "16 million" for total players 😛 0.1% if the player count is around 5 million. Based on the leaderboards there should be around 5000 players near to above 40k Well it is already that way there is nothing they need to do.
  19. It is broken at least some of the time. I've had it pop up in the middle of doing reset LLA. In terms of sending you into an equally empty instance that part might be working as expected. The system has never accounted for actual activity. It is not sending you into a more active instance just one with relativity more people but it also doesn't care how those people are spread around. The popup should always be ignored if you are already in a group with enough people for whatever. Possibly one of the most counterintuitive thing that a player needs to learn in this game.

  21. Well we don't know what sort of split it is between the different groups. Although in my opinion the "hard mode" is more likely to fail mainly due to the people with overly inflated egos. People who believe themselves to be the best player around while actually being awful. That is the sort of burden the hard mode crowd will have to carry. IMO there would be a lot more people who overestimate themselves than the other way around. Then there is the more immediate problem. How much better is actually enough anyway? 900% MF while fighting random mobs was still pretty unimpressive and now that it is capped at 750% even if hard mode gave the 750% MF cap it will still be similarly unimpressive ....
  22. The situation is not the same at all. People who have gotten the skyscale aren't losing any functionality. There is also a 80x+ difference in cost. SoTO is adding to/improving skyscale whereas it is making legendary runes worse. Even the supposed compensation for the runes is vague and several months down the line at the earliest.
