  1. Erm, no thanks. EotM is a pain in the kitten to traverse because of no mounts and no gliding. Imagine having to traverse the red border without them. Yikes...
  2. I don't know about PvP, but the axe is broken beyond belief in WvW. Literal one-shots, and they can be done through walls.
  3. I'd like to have a Cantha map replace the green borderland. Imagine a Shing Yea map with some Kaineng buildings as keeps and towers and then a huge Echovald forest in the middle where the ruins are. It'd be epic.
  4. I like zergs fights in all forms, whether it's organised, cloud, guild boon blob or just with an open tag. It's the most epic part of WvW to me, those massive fights around important objectives.
  5. I still hate it. The fact that I have to do them over and over for Aurora makes me want to alt+f4.
  6. Sounds good to me. Or remove participation decay while inside the JP.
  7. That's balanced though. You sacrifice a lot of damage and pressure that Devastation brings in order to gain sustain from Salvation.
  8. I'm puzzled as to why FoW has no link but Desolation and Baruch's Bay do. 🤔
  9. I don't think many people would want the return of HoT launch difficulty of mobs.
  10. Nah, the real tragedy is that it's going to end soon and we'll lose that juicy 100% WvWXP buff.
  11. More like Cele Harbingers everywhere. Gross.
  12. I always avoid thieves. Fighting them is a waste of time if they're any good. Catalyst is also a spec I hate to fight because of how obnoxiously overloaded its kit is.
  13. SM is usually heavily defended if it's tier 2 or tier 3, as defending it gives 2500 XP without any XP boosters. You also get a skirmish ticket for each defense. WvW is most fun imo when big zerg fights are happening around higher tier objectives. Roaming and ganking enemies returning to their zerg or ganking the backline of the zerg is also a great way to help your own zerg gain the upper hand.
  14. I'd rather see them increase the amount of mystic coins gained from the skirmish chests. 250 MCs required per conflux is pretty gross.
  15. Yes, I always gather as much as possible. I've the Infinite Volatile Magic Gathering Tools, and I get lots of raw materials and volatile magic from gathering. 🙂
  16. Fishing stacks need to be changed to persist through map swaps and relogs. I really hate it when I DC and then lose all the stacks upon logging back in.
  17. What I want is the infinite universal fishing bait in the store so that I can just have infinite baits and pick which one I want to use without having to fill my bags with them. Make it 2800 gems for all I care, just make it happen.
  18. I don't know about merging the maps, but a facelift to make the core maps look like the modern expansion maps would be great. The difference in graphic quality between the old and the new Garrenhof is insane.
  19. I'm right behind you. 👀 Seriously though, most people are now doing Wintersday events in DR. I know I am, when I'm not busy with WvW.
  20. Personally I like predictable release dates, but it also needs to be sufficient amount of time between releases so that they can release more meaty patches. We'll see if three months between patches will be enough, though based on the release schedule of the LS episodes it should be fine. IBS patches were perfect in terms of quality and quantity of content and the amount of time we had to wait between releases.
  21. It's only good for organized zergs, outside of that it sees zero play. And even in zergs it feels bad to use as the auto attacks are slow and pathetic and can be blocked/reflected and hammer 5 is utterly useless because the animation is so scripted and obvious that the enemy would have to be a complete moron to get stunned by it, and that's provided they don't already have stability provided by their support anyway. So only hammer 2, 3 and arguably 4 are useful, but once you've used those you are either useless until they're available again or you swap to greatsword for the push. Hammer 5 needs to be an instant stun, and its auto attacks either have to not count as projectiles or need a serious damage buff for how slow they are.
  22. For WvW these changes are extremely awkward. If you use the Relic of Evasion, then the loss of 25% increased vigor effectiveness is offset by being able to choose the Angsiyan's Trust trait, which after the rework is now quite powerful as it makes our F2 cost no energy and instead grant 25 energy on demand. So, while using this particular relic, this is a solid buff to the spec. However, WITHOUT this relic this is a serious nerf to the spec, as the new Song of Arboretum is objectively worse than the previous version in every possible way. 8s 50% vigor every 20s is a joke compared to 5s 62% vigor on every dodge we had before. Before we could have near 100% uptime on vigor if we used dodges correctly, now we can't. So yeah, with the relic of evasion this is a buff. Without it it's a serious nerf. And we shouldn't have to use a specific relic just to offset what we've lost.
  23. My bad then. It's been a while since I last did the challenges. I just buy the HPs in wvw these days. Guess it's a fair price then. Still unlikely to be used much though.
  24. Odd. Then the store description is misleading, as it says on the scroll to ''Double-click to complete a random hero challenge from an expansion you already own.'' It doesn't say it grants 10 HPs, it's worded as granting only 1.
