I've been having the same exact issue. I've been trying to solo all the story dungeons and I get to this part in Honor of the Waves. Lats couple of times I attempted it the boss and his minions were not spawning, but tonight I was playing and got the Champion Ogre to spawn with his minions and beat them, but the cutscene of the doors opening did not trigger. Basically the dungeon is soft locking after the fight with Kulag the Fallen. I don't know why this is, but it's frustrating none the less.

I've been having issues with this games launcher ever since September 21st with the second EoD beta event. It's an issue that seems to have affected only small percentage of players when it initially happened, and in my case I was always able to get my launcher to work with some of the common solutions that I've been seeing in the forums. Every few patches between then and now seemed like it would get a little worse, but even then I could still get my game to eventually work. This is the latest patch where I've had the launcher won't even open, and I feel like I've tried everything. I don't like using the phrase "literally unplayable", but as of right now for me, and a now larger percentage of people, I feel like it's appropriate.

Holy s**t, I can't believe I've actually found someone else that is having the SAME EXACT ISSUE I have been having for the past couple months! I have done everything you have done to try and fix it, and I have been able to play the game, although every patch has had it's own issue. I honestly thought I alone with this, that it was something on my end, but now I'm starting to think that it has to be a bug involving the launcher. Hopefully there are others that are in our situation to get momentum on this so they can address it.
