  1. Pretty standard bug, clones spawn with the tentacles spiked out like T pose or something lol. Pretty annoying especially for an item people paid money for.
  2. If that's the case, here is the issue, it's front loaded. If it's 10k per dragon variant, that's 625 per, that's a more reasonable number. But in order to even start you have to do 10k. What if there is someone who just wants one and not the whole set? They are forced to pay up front for the whole set. Also to add to this whole thing, the quote about "going on an adventure" and "you won't have to worry about tons of resources" was a flat out lie. AND to make matters worse, later on in the unlocking process you need 22 clovers, 100 jade runestones and 250 memories of aurene so even more resources. I get that these weapon skins are "legendary" but just flat out lying to the playerbase c'mon. They should have either made all of the variants separate OR make the original one more expensive than the other gens (oh wait it is)
  3. Aurene Legendary WEAPON cost 2,500 research notes. Zhaitan SKIN collection piece costs 10,000, looks like there was a typo of an extra zero.
  4. "Zhaitan is the Elder Dragon of Death and Shadow". I'd say the new variants fit that mold pretty nicely. Not all legos have to be shinny and flashy. But also you are welcome to have your opinion so that's cool, so as you said just pass and check out the next variant when it drops.
  5. Pretty much the title, once you unlock all of the End of Dragons masteries and still have the Turtle masteries locked, the xp bar is just blank. You get no progress towards spirit shards. So in essence it forces the player to unlock the turtle or just don't play in EoD for spirit shards. Not sure if intended? Bug? Edit: looks like it's just visual, xp bar is hidden, but you still gain shards. Kinda annoying but at least i can play in EoD.

Yeah there seems to still be an issue, I just finished the first instance and just got to the first map, there are two events right at the start, one being a boss and there are ZERO players doing it. I stood at the beginning of the map and saw zero players come in either. There's def something wrong with the maps.
  7. For the people saying no one is on the platforms, look at two things: 1. The event just came back out (lots of players didn't play the first one) and 2. look at the player numbers and do the math. So for example, a private squad of pugs, 50 players, split between the lanes, that's 10 players per lane. Mobs start spawning, everyone starts attacking, champs spawn, they tunnel vision the champs. Meanwhile, their lane has opened up to fight on the platforms, 4 players run in, while the other 6 are poking on the lane champs. When you join the platforms it adds players to each one in rotation (it does this in order to reduce all the players being stacked on one platform and making the event un-completable. Meanwhile the time to enter the portal expires and the other 6 players can't go into the platform fight. So what does that leave us? One player on 4 of the 5 platforms and one platform completely empty. I personally don't think the difficulty is that hard. I commanded a lane right after the patch dropped and we did it (we did have two chain cut attempts fail). All I did was shout in /s, /m, and /squad what to do over and over and the lane had no issue. The community will learn the mechanics and know what to prioritize. I also don't think the scaling is an issue either, the lane champs are easy to take down, however if you fail to cc them you are punished and that's how it should be. The platform champs tuning isn't an issue either, it's just like any other boss in the game, you learn the mechanics and try again. What I do think is an issue is two things. 1. Instance numbers should be increased to 125 or 100. That would allow for 5 or 4 players per platform. Having just two per platform isn't enough for the casual audience. Having 3 more players to help rez and stuff would do wonders. 2. the time to enter the platform portal should be extended slightly. That or have a timer start as soon as all the platforms are filled, once that timer ends the door closes. That ensures no zero players on a platform situation.
  8. So now that the chests on Dragonfall have been nerfed..er..."adjusted" (from my testing the 3 rares every 3 chests is no more). Got a couple questions, if someone from Anet could let us know that would be great! Can we get a little more clarification on what was actually changed? Is the 3 rares every 3 chests officially gone? Like I said from my testing i'm not seeing the 3 rares. Went fresh after reset on a run and went 5 chests in a row without a single rare.Is the 100 chests a day before DR kicks in still in place? If yes, doesn't that seem a tad excessive (nerf + daily DR)?Did the Aurene ascended weapon drop rate get adjusted for the changes or did that stay untouched? (if more stuff was added to the coffers, and the drop rate wasn't adjusted, then technically the drop rate got worse).Thanks Anet!
  9. The only change i'd like to see honestly is the wall cling activation adjusted (it's currently way too sensitive for my liking) and the fire attack made into a ground target ability or a enemy targeted ability (when activated the skyscale drops the fire on the target's location)
  10. Currently need the Pirate Corsair hat for a look (endgame is fashionwars), so that's my request for a return. Cash in hand ready to buy, just need it back on the store!
  11. The rng is trash. Stop with this. What you should have done, is take the low end skins from the 30 and add them in game as possible event rewards, collections, quests, whatever. Then just sell the flashy ones for a flat price of gems....but not 2k gems like that other new skin. 2k gems for one new skin, that's literally almost the price of the expansion. That's just absurd.
  12. Story - Great, this is how an expansion story should be. No complaints. Maps - Great, love the openness of them mixed with just the right amounts of verticality and exploration. Only complaint would be I would like to see large scale meta or world boss on at least one of the maps. I know there are legendary bosses, but i'm talking something big, something that requires lots of folks and/or heavy coordination. Bounties are a great addition. Really enjoy them. Only suggestion would be to maybe add some liquid gold to the rewards, make them a little more relevant in compared to the other gold farms. Mounts - fantastic, no complaints. Elite specs - so far so good, i'm mainly playing mirage right now, which feels decent but could use some love.
