I have been trying since the update. I cannot log in. This is making me so mad. I see the new skinner and I just wanna play and open the rest of my halloween bags. ugh

I last got Gems I think maybe a month ago. I use my PayPal and have no issue. My husband and daughter each pitched in 50.00 so I could get 8000 gems for Mothers Day so I can get the nine tails skin for the raptor. BUT, it won't work. I tried paypal and then I entered in my actual credit card number and it rejected so quick, that I kept trying it over and over again, just so I could try to read the error code. I couldn't. I was told on map chat that since this event with so many people being on is affecting it. I don't believe it, so I did ticket ANET, but I thought I would ask to see if anyone else had this problem.

Welp, it didn't fix it. I waited a couple days, and just did it over again, and this time I didn't lose the server connection, but thanks for the advice! <3

I am standing naked at the beginning of the quest AGAIN after having defeated Baltizar. It took over a half hour and I did record it so I could upload it to YouTube, but then I got booted from the client after I defeated him. I used my repair canisters because I died so many deaths, and I have nothing to show for it. I tried the same personal story yesterday but it was so buggy, that when I got hit by the dragons purples crystals, I ended up STANDING on my mount and every time I tried to move, my character literally did a high kick in the air with one leg, yes I have screen shots. So aggravating, and I ask in map chat and I'm told it's happened to many others. If so, why not send us a mail NOT to do it until its fixed? I sent in my ticket but this is seriously frustrating.
