Hi all,I am usually not the most active person of this forum, quite the opposite actually - not that don't want to but I do not have as much free time as I used to. However, considering this matter I decided to make the time and voice my opinion.I personally I do not see the issue with selling purely cosmetic items in games in general for whatever price the author wants. Whether it might be 700gem outfit or 2000gem mount skin, it is up to author to set price, which is fine by me. What I do not believe to be OK is buying random stuff. No. Nope. No way.I do buy cosmetic (and other) stuff and I am actually quite happy with "store" as it is now. But I NEED to know what I am buying. I understand that some some people don't mind (or prefer event) some RNG; I understand why this type of "product" is on market and why to use/don't use this sale strategy (I work in marketing/sales profession); and I definitely understand that it is up to the author to decide how to sell his products. I do understand why they choose to use RNG like this; I just personally do not agree with it. I will not buy RNG stuff. I do want mount skins. I would buy some, for 400gems in a heartbeat but only if I could choose which one.I really like GW2; I want to play it for long time and I am more that willing to support it. I will buy next expansion, and next, and next.... I will buy gems to get stuff I want; stuff I choose to buy. I, however, will not buy "a chance" to get stuff I want. Never. PS: in my opinion 2000gem for unique mount skin is a bit too much, but hey, if people choose to buy it........ milk them dry ? Muhahahaha
