They already did years ago, have you forgotten keys?By the time you are done farming enough keys to get ONE useful drop from a key, I've farmed 2+ mount licenses with ingame money.

It's absolutely hilarious to see the whining about the mount box, with people acting like this shit is new. Guys, guys, have you forgotten? You've been playing with these loot boxes gating all skins for years. We told you this shit was bad. Are you seriously so dense to think this would be an improvement? THIS WOULD MAKE THINGS WORSE.

This is only true if you let others hold your hand like you are a child, and lead you to the place. If you search for yourself, they are not like gathering quests in any other game at all.

Why? If I solo an instance in another game, DC and return, the instance is still open, much like it is still open when I DC but other players do not. It's a design choice that it closes immediately, not a neccessity.

The removal of meta events is a game changer. The maps feel like real places now, a HUGE move forward from the backwards HoT design. My only complaint is class balance, it's insane. Bring classes in line, spread support out (Phalanx Strength Warrior should not have the best buffs in the game all for itself, Druid shouldn't be the only one with GOTL).

They finally added enough points that you are not punished from straying off the one and only path. I like it this way. Mastery points really aren't a huge timesink or barrier this time.
