  1. Same error code 42:0:9001:4457:101 problem with me, the game is really unplayable. Can't even access Black Lion. Anet lost its sales! I've done almost all troubleshooting I could think of. Anet Support suggested to remove Malwarebytes. I've done more like running GW2 only and had game exceptions for firewall/anti-malware, disabling/exiting web anti-virus apps, full uninstallation using ESET for Malwarebytes or any security, turn-off real-time protection of windows defender, allow an app thru-firewall, even turning-off & disabling firewall completely. Sadly, nothing works. Guess what? it has gotten worse now. I can't really play... I had no issues with other multiplayer games & my latency is normal. This network issue happens randomly.
  2. Finally, this issue has been FIXED for like 2-weeks! Can others confirm this? Anet how about a sale for HoT expansion or give us back something XD? B) Thank you...
  3. Yup, please check this thread "Customize - select stats". Currently, Anet is working on this issue.
  4. Yup, this is really a big problem, they just can't ignore this nor take time/delay to fix this issue. Before you can't select expansion stats only, now you can't select all & that includes core stats, OMG & guess what it crashes, haha... Our newly acquired exotic/ascended items are sitting in our inventory - basically USELESS! If ever they fix this issue, they owe us something like giving us discounts for HoT expansions or give us back/compensate us with anything. Please Anet do something!!! ???

  6. Thanks. However, I am actually surprised they haven't fix this yet. How long does it usually take for ArenaNet to fix bugs like this? This isn't like a minor bug, selecting stats is very important to the game. I would strongly suggest they give the promo for HoT so we can buy the expansion & git rid of this nasty bug. So sad, thanks.
  7. Saw it, thanks mate. With this bug, I really can't do Fractals, PVP, WvW properly. If they cannot fix the issue right away, I would recommend that they give a discount like 50% off to HoT Expansion & I'm sure people like me would purchase it right away. In that way, it will fix the issue & a win-win situation for both parties ;) B) :3

I have experienced this nasty bug lately that when I try to customize my new ascended armor, I cannot select the stats (e.g. grieving, marshal, harrier, etc. except the common stats like beserker & more) Mostly POF stats I think. It's frustrating, Here is the screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/OvAuBu72 Hopefully, this gets fixed soon. The bug is like the stats selection is somehow overlapping into each other and I can't do anything to make it work. Hopefully, this gets fixed asap. Any thoughts?
  11. Regarding my issue - Random crashes like every 2, 5, 10, 30min. I was able to resolve it on my own and I would like to share it with you. So far I haven't encountered any black screens (or any sudden crashes/interruptions/any sort of errors anymore playing more than 2-hours. (using windows 10 64-bit) Here is what I did:1.) I made a backup of the entire "Guild Wars 2" game folder (if possible never delete your backup if something goes wrong)2.) I uninstalled the game completely & deleted all files/subfolder found in users/myusername/appdata/roaming/Guild wars2 the main folder3.) completely uninstalled the game & if possible defrag & reboot4.) Made a fresh installation using Gw2Setup-64 (pause downloading in the GW2 login launcher)5.) overwrite the files from your gw2 backup to your new installation but exclude "bin64" folder(or just delete the bin64 folder as it will create its own when game launches)under guild wars 2 folder, you should see at least 5 files & 1 folder (in my case)6.) Make a new separate shorcut & add to your properties - target: ["...your_path\Gw2-64.exe" -repair]7.) Run the repair (shortcut until it finishes)8.) Run the game as usual... Goodluck!Note: I did not install any MODs yet, to check game's stability. Hopefully, this will help some of you guys out there. Just sharing my experience. Cheers!
