This quest is most definitely bugged. But if the developers refuse to admit it there is nothing to be done but to stop wasting time on it.

Same here, the story just ends. What load, with the entire story leading up to a dramatic confrontation with Zaitan... and the final battle cannot be reached because of a bug that it seems has existed for a long time. I feel pretty ripped off. I feel like going back to WoW.
