still bugged. I am at the step where it says continue with investigation after having scanned the hotspots. All options of quests are greyed out and nowhere to go...

just tried again using the video the "GM" referred to, followed the same pattern and now I can't pick up the feed at all.... Update: So i went to give the jade water to the NPC instead and voila achievement for "Thorough Investigator" achieved... did not have to go any of them remaining witnesses. I did it anyway and then came back to the turtle feed and still not working..

FYI, ran into the same issue just now. I guess its not fixed still. The description of the question in no way implies that you need to speak to NPC in order as it clearly states "any remaining witnesses" - either update the description or fix the bug!

can confirm that this is still happening. I bought the expansion yesterday. Just go to the "Old friends" quest and after you crash and see a small unskippable cutscene, the game crashes with net error. Done that twice. Very surprising that they have not fixed it month after launch. Not doing this quest over and over again unless i know there is some fix to it... Sadness.

Same. Right now stuck at 30%, the hatchlings keep on spawning and aurene keeps on killing them.
