Such an elitist attitude. No reason there shouldn't be an open world method to obtain legendary armor. The current options were forced PvP/WvW or raiding, neither of which are activities that all people, or even most people, enjoy.

I would rather just have more ascended shards in general. The grind is ridiculously long at 100 per final chest, especially since the gear is already time gated through tickets. Add an ascended shard reward track that gives 100 per completion and bump up the final chest to 150-200. Alternatively, you could bump up pip rewards by 50-100% for the same effect. Still want a track though, and that would mean there is at least some way to earn ascended shards outside of ranked (but you would have to lower the gold to compensate, if they have a set amount of gold they want coming from PvP).

Nothing here, but I haven't done the event since the very first SAB ever. I am known to get sea sickness on medium size (think fishing boats) on windy days also, but have been fine on small boats and 80' yachts. Figured that may be kind of relevant.

Could be worse. FF XIV and WoW both charge a subscription fee and their mounts are in the $25-30 range generally. Though they do occasionally have sales and XIV mount vary in price, the much less impressive ones are usually under 20. I spent like $150 in FF XIV just buying Christmas decorations for my guild (excuse me, I mean "free company" ) house. It's a bit ridiculous.

Fishing is more popular than sPvP. lol

I hardly ever see mechanists in my matches, when I do see them they spend half the match eating dirt.

Tried Hearts and Minds 3 different times today. Disconnected every time. Same thing happened with multiple other instances, including the final mission of PoF as well. I have spent hours of extra time redoing instances now. It is absurd.
