lets be honest... the new map was and is a joke.... and you could argue mounts didnt help wvw for anything either... and you forgot server linkings, which imo also made wvw worse.... but hey aslong as they doin somethin huh.... everyone is entitled to their own opinions, mine is that wvw was not improved by many of the so called improvements. (dbl-mounts-linkings-tactics)and it is probably too late to get worked up about it all anyways, just play if ya enjoy it still, and sometimes i do so...

you could take it further, and allow us to put traps down in popular pve maps...lions arch for instance,, and if someone set off the trap, they cudnt enter wvw at all, :) btw i think ur idea is stupid, and wvw needs less gimmicks, not more. no offence

Umm, I said easter egg, not roleplaying, tf no one roleplays in wvw, I know its more or less pve but still.... anyway with anet coding, Ekko was probably the reason people were having lag spikes. i dunno, i saw spiderman tonight in ebg..........

ye ebay is fine, can be quiet at times but most severs are, my main account there, i play uk times,, from 9am ish on and off thru the day, theres aussie guilds run in the mornin too. its the na timezone i dont know much about since im headin to bed as it comes around. (wvw isnt as populated as in the past but its not quite dead yet) but ye you need to tell us your timezone really..

ah, the mythical "balance" when will ppl realise it cant be balanced...ever..... only tweaked to change the most op (or meta) builds and classes... it would be a far better enviroment if we simply had hundreds of options for builds, ala gw1... give me a world of infinite possibilities, be much more fun working out dif builds n classes to run...

ye but my point is to limit any squad, means more even fights, mayb... more groups possibly, no 50 man k trains... maybe... (altho in reality the smaller squads just hug each other..so ye wudnt work i guess)

limit squads to 15 or 20 max in wvw...

to make it even,,,just rotate class types each day, so day 1 of gw2 br, all players can only be, warriors.... day2,,, engineeer...... etc.... would be fairer.... however, ive no objection to just normal gw2 br,,, pick ur class and comp if with friends... and goto the mode.. i reckon this would be fun, but i know alot of ppl that wouldnt touch the mode because it wouldnt suit their ppt, hit empty structures (avoid fighting) style of wvw.... and lets face it, anet dont seem to be capable of it, just look at alliances...

ok ..so u dont know anything about sport either, clearly.. but plenty of the supposed better teams have lost to lesser oponents, many times... but this isnt even my point, your still dodging the question.... read that^ and understand that this person states they avoid fights and prefer to ppt... "fighting only when needed" and seems to be struggling to find like minded players or a server for that matter, guess why?................ and yes, there is a scoring sytem in place that determines 1st place etc. thanks for pointing that out. I wont keep repeating why coming 1st in a mu does not make that server the "best" since you cant or wont accept the many reasons already stated as to why they end up with the most points.

You just seem to be jealous about ppl that still enjoy winning and playing the game. Thats just normal, because its just a side-mode with few content updates etc. I took a break for 2 years when the mode became boring. But with the right dose, winning matchups can still be fun. Me having fun because of winning makes me brainless? Hmmm, dont think so ;) this was about how a server is "best" and you still havnt given a credible answer ( because there isnt one ) and i enjoy the game too, but again go ahead and twist ur convo to suit, like i said ur upset because i have a diffrent view of things, and cant accept it...

You mean the team with more play hours automatically wins? Obviously wrong. And btw, even if your team is matched vs. servers that got recent influx from transfers, your team can also play more. There is no limit, you can decide to play 24/7 this matchup, no one stops you doing so. Lets look at your precious 15 vs. 15. If one team plays 2 hours a week, and the other 2 hours per day, guess who usually wins. Ofc play hours usually matter, surprise again :o And if your team wins, it means nothing, since you could be the worst player ever who was just carried by 14 good ones. The difference, your version is an unofficial self-made fantasy mode. And the guy you've quoted before plays the game, with an official goal and official point system. Thats why ppl that win 100% of their fights but let the keep in their back fall fail hard at playing the game. Very simple. hey if u enjoy knockin down doors and walls all day thats fine by me. and if u think ur server is the best at it, fine.. il let you have that accolade.

yet you still wont explain how it makes your server the best, the best at off hour ppt, or the best at havin the most players maybe? the best at siege humping? just what is it that makes the matchup winner the best server?
