Raid wing 1 Spirit Vale was released in november 2015, so in 1328 A.E, where our job was to save a squad from Sabetha. But at the end, the squad leader bennett is still captive. The second raid wing, Salvation Pass, was released in march 2016, so in 1329 A.E. I can understand the technical/developpement time. but I want to know how to clarify this in the lore ? It's not possible for the commander and the squad to wait 4 long month before trying to save Bennett. One or two day maybe, just time to rest a bit after the fight, but not 4 months ! How could we justify this ?

It was in raid for sure. When they talk about it, it's becausethe use of TacO in Raid could be an unfair help somehow (like Dhuum or Sabetha timer) I don't use TacO or Blish in Raid anyway, only on open world, but even some of my friends talk about it so, as you said, maybe it's a false information so I would like to know the final word about this x)
