Same issue. Shows a free slot at character selection, (presently 7 out of 😎 but errors when naming the new character. -

Pounce doesnt work on dust devils for jackal heart

This bug seems to have returned. Pouncing on dust devils isn't working, pouncing on exhausted allies isn't working.
