There are dynamic events that do not progress which means a hinderance of obtaining certain achievements. The first one I noticed was the event to help Battlemaster Flintfoot prepare new trainees for combat. The wave stops progressing on wave 2 after wave 1 completes. The event will then pause. The second I noticed was the angry dwarf event where you must lower the angry dwarf strength in the "Stop the angry dwarves from causing a panic" although the event stops and 'pauses'. If you guys notice more events, please help report them here or bug report it in game. These are the only events that I have seen that do not progress.

I'm not sure if some one already proposed this, but here it goes: CHARR EXCLUSIVE WARCLAW OR CHARR EXLUSIVE SPRINTING (that acts as a mount) --Your Charr is the mount. --Up to Anet, but preferably no one can mount you, but it be funny if they allow it.. --Charr run on 4 paws while not in combat, it be nice Charr can be a little faster or at mount speeds. --I suggest they should run a bit faster compared the other races since they are biologically designed to run faster. --It would make sense lore wise to go with the Warclaw Mount Reskin as the Charr. PIGGYBACK TRAVERSAL TOOL --Other players can now mount you, although at default speed of course. -

Here is an update, I logged off for a while and came back, presumably a new instance I think, but doing that, that fixed my problem. He appeared by doing that.I was able to talk with him and continue with the mission. I will leave this here in case if this was a bug for others. I am guessing that the bug occurred that if the ritual started up again, but didn't talk and check up with Braham before the ritual starts up again, he will despawn.Here is a visual: https://imgur.com/a/JQf0EMp

When playing the section where you help Braham by cleansing the ritual sites for the Ox, Wolverine, and Eagle, I cleared The Eagle's site, but after the Braham and The Eagle's interaction where Braham proves to the Eagle that he can wield The Eagle's power, the story quest tells me to check in with Braham at the Eagle Shrine, but he is not here. If I cannot check in the Braham, then I would not be able to proceed with the mission. I have tried cleansing the ritual again, but he does not appear. I have tried exiting the episode and changing to another story episode and back, but he is not there. I have tried logging in and out, he is not there. So I would not know what to do on my side if that was the problem. Maybe since I did not interact with Braham after his interaction and the eagle ritual started up again, he probably despawned, I am not sure. Well perhaps in Living World Season 5 it could be possible for this mount to be added, as you said: "pretty much the only major mount left to add at this point."Also, I would like to add that I'm quite new to the forums so I was not able to discover any forums discussing it as I'm terribly bad looking through the forums. Thanks for the input that others have discussed about it.

So we all have unique mounts that traverse the landscape of Tyria, but one I think could be a great addition: An Underwater Mount. Yes we have the skimmer, but that traverses the quicksand and surfaces of water. Although, we are left stranded to swim on our own in the depths of the water. Perhaps we could go underwater in the new contents of the game or even expansions. Perhaps this new mount could help us lead to new lands that are untouched from land dwellers. Just an Idea..

If I had to choose one, I would dedicate to the Permafrost Dye as I love how vibrant and true to the white.
