Could you please elaborate on the reasoning behind no longer being able to distribute the 32-bit client? The 64-bit client has taken away the opportunity for players to even access a product that we have purchased (alongside any additional Gemstore purchases and expansions), so simply saying "these things don't happen for technical reasons" but enjoy a broken worse off version of the game, isn't really good enough. With that said, I am very much grateful for the work that is being put in to make Guild Wars 2 playable for Mac, but I think the developers have really misled us by advertising the 64-bit client as a step-up from what we had been playing before. It doesn't take a technical genius to know that logging into the 64-bit client after having experienced the former version, is most definitely a downgrade. This was a pretty shady move on behalf of ArenaNet. We have all waited to play the new content in the expansion like everybody else, and yet we are experiencing numerous visual bugs that never existed before, and are unable even make it through loading screens or see the NPCs in and out of instances? In what way is this acceptable?
