wow settings to high? Everyone told me to put everything on low. Might try that. fingers crossed

I don;t know what is going on with this story, it bugs after completing retrieving the 3 cores, it bugs entering the ship, it bugs after defeating the mouth of zaithan. I think I played this instance at least 20 times ( no overreacting) and I've never come further than the mouth of zaithan. When a video played about the choppers which is unskippable and you return to the playscreen I see my character with the video sign above her. Can't do anything about it and kicked out again. Thing is, I really need the mastery points. Why can't Arenanet just give me the chapter after many issues instead of frustrating their players who put so much money into the game :disappointed: . Really unhappy with GW2 at the moment. (oh I know all the tips and trics, helpt for the POF stories!, but not for this instance). Playing in others instances give the same results in the HOT story (they reached the end and I was kicked out in the middel :anguished: ). Still have to try this last trick for this story but have low hope.

Thank you for the update. this was very usefull. Pulled all my settings to low and it worked. See if other bugged instances now will work also (fingers crossed)

Moving around checkMinimize all cutscenes (there is none in the story up to this point)VPN (wifi is superstrong and I can do anything in GW2, WvW, PvP, OW, world Bosses (with huge amount of people). Why would a story not be able to handle? i will look up the thread so thank you for that advise, it is only cruel you as a player nee to do al these trics just to pray you get through the story. Especcially in the bought stories. Big fault at Anet side. People pay for a good game.

After defeating the broothmother spider I have to light Korun's Light. Then when done there is a small dialogue, but it just stops and then I get kicked out from the instance. I just did the sory twice, and twice on the same moment it bugged. See screenshots for last dialogue I see and for the bug report I get directly after being kicked out. (I really want to finish for the Skyscale, unfortunatly Story instances and me are no match. I get kicked out of instances all the time and am not able to finish my Vitory or Death personal story either missing out on possible items). hope you can fix this? Don't know how many others encounter this.
