I have the feeling that, had it been an issue concerning the original voices, it would have already been fixed... I feel we're a little bit abandoned and it's only because it concerns other languages. But, for real, I'm disappointed since it kills the immersion for me. I've been playing the game in English for years and wanted to get back to the French dubbing. What a shame...

Hello, I have "Defeat the Svanir Shaman Chief World Boss" to achieve as a weekly daily. I defeated the world boss along other people, but I didn't get my reward, it didn't count towards the achievement of the daily, and I still have to do it. Therefore I could not complete my weekly daily. I am a bit disappointed. Can someone explain why or is this a bug? Thank you.

Hello, Ever since SOTO came out, there is a big problem with the French dubbing, characters (mostly the commander but sometimes NPCs!) having like 2/3 or 3/4 of their dubbing missing, which made me just stop playing the story. I waited for this patch to solve this issue but haven't seen anything about it in the note patch... Been waiting for like a month, has it been solved or not? Thanks🙂

Hi, I just bought a stack of luminous dust at the trading post. I've spent a few gold on it... So the gold is gone, but I didn't get the item in exchange. I checked my sell / buy history, it says I bought the luminous dust and I got it. It isn't in my bank, neither it is in my inventory.... I feel a bit robbed and disappointed. I've sent a ticket. Is it a common bug, does anet respond to that kind of issue? Thank you, SIABAIR

Hello, My bf and I are experiencing massive DC issues and lagging, it's been a few weeks now. It occurs from time to time, but frequently. This isn't a problem with our own connexion for sure, our internet is working very fine. But sometimes when playing GW2 (and only GW2) we experience massive lags that compel us to leave the game and come back hours later because it is just unplayable. The ping reaches 300, 1000... We don't understand. We didn't have any problem before. We also have a lot of DCs that sometimes make us quit the game. My bf is also having trouble joining certain maps, and especially WvW maps. The loading takes ages, sometimes it crashes the game. His computer is a master beast though so clearly the problem concerns GW2. In short: by moment, the game is just unplayable. Same issues with either DX9 or 11. Can anyone explain to me if there's something wrong with the game, please ? 😢 Sorry for the mistakes Siabair

Hello, We were leveling our characters with 2 friends of mine, doing the personal story of the original game. At Chapter 7, we got the first instance Forging the Pact (in Timberline Falls).However the instance next to that was The Battle of Fort Trinity, which isn't supposed to occurr before a few instances that depends on what we chose during chapter 6 when the Pale Tree asks what is our biggest fear.The 3 of us went for "Letting an innocent die", which is the story with Tonn supposed to die and we have to tell his wife Ceera. Well... After Forging the Pact, we didn't get any instance with Tonn and went for The Battle of Fort Trinity! And now, we have to tell Ceera that Tonn is dead... and we didn't even met him!I checked on another character with whom I did this same story and had all instances with Tonn.This is super weird. I saw someone on the French forum who seemingly got the same issue, but there was no answer to that. I'll give you screenshots so you can see for yourself. Also we all sent a bill to Anet.We did do the instance of the Battle of Fort Trinity, so I guess there is no comeback possible :( but we stopped doing the story now, in case there is a solution. Cause we're missing like 3 instances (from Tower Done to Breaking the Boneship!).Did it happen to any of you? Many thanks SCREENS:

Dear all, I’ve come to seek your help. To make it short, I’m a student in languages and culture specialized in Romanticism and game studies and writing my last year’s thesis : “Guild Wars 2: Romantic Heritage and Aesthetic ®Evolution” I’m in the step where I’m gathering information from my readings and collecting data, and I’ve prepared a short and anonymous survey intended for GW2 players.Problem is: I need as many people as possible to fill it and I don’t know how I can do it. I’ve tried to contact the Anet/GW2’s Twitter account but they won’t respond.
