[uPDATE]Just in case anyone gets into the same situation. Worked itself out once I managed to re trigger the first step and then complete the quest a second time

I have completed all of the quest including destroying the dragon crystal but the quest tracker is stuck on a previous step 'Locate vigil forces'. I have tried logging off for 20 mins to see any changes but no result. I appreciate any help getting around this as it has obviously stopped the quest chain from progressing
