Hi, I had search info about VPN and there is no final answer, nowadays if i join any meta event, my ping from 250 fly to 4900 ping, had try different method flush DNS, using open DNS as well not working, the ping was so high until i get disconnected, is GW2 allow using VPN ? with thought VPN i am totally F***k up normal ping 244-250 non meta, meta 4900 -6900 ping is not playable at all and Rubber banding. Hope tech support can provide solution., cant tolerate this anymore. connection from SEA.

Can alacrity better on PVE solo, or just for group support ?

In that case probably atk will be less ? i am full set berserk and Diviner'sAmulet only .... sigil need to change as well ? same goes to armor ?

For this build i only get Diviner'sAmulet is enough ? or should i get all concentration ring and accessory ? so far i am wearing Dininer Amulet, seems the Ala skill only cut of 1 sec for the skill time, current boon duration 8.86 % 133 concentration.

For Alacrity build, where can i buy concentration stat ring and other stuff just like Laurel merchant ?

Rifle engineer is now fxxx up now, almost 50% dmg gone compare before patch, they nerf so hard even on auto atk, hopefully next update can gain back the ori atk skils at least, It suppose to be my main, and now change it to bladesworn.
