I request that all characters be able to use the tools easily if you bought from the gem store just like they made the legendary weapons / armor also I request that bought tools should have 2 glyph slots instead of one. who agrees with me, just saying

debating to buy - but after reading some people talk about it doesn't seem like a good purchase due to the long 1 hour cooldown. I tried to see if someone made a youtube video about it and no one has. Most people suggested if it had a 5-10 cooldown they would purchase it the 800 gem item. Is the 1 hour account bound or character bound?

I figured out my issue not launching the game,I disabled my MSI afterburner GW2 was able to launch - uninstall/reinstall and now working
