Sevifor.1925's Achievements

  1. On the one hand, its an explorable area, and Im sure there are people who appreciate being able to use the glider to explore. I saw one character using the glider to take a path to the top that would be 100% impossible in the instanced version of the clocktower and I thought that was pretty neat. On the other hand, the gliders are doing a disservice to anyone who is trying to practice for the timed version of the JP. Incidentally, I discovered that, because its an explorable area, the 25% movespeed buff from certain runesets (like travelers) apply while in the stopped clocktower. I fell to my doom about a dozen times before I realized why I was failing all the jumps I've been doing on autopilot for years.
  2. I actually miss the "subpar" Traveler's Runes. They got my Celestial Condi build to just past the 100% burn duration while also giving buff duration. I'd love to get the 10% condition duration back as a capstone and shift the movespeed to a relic, so you have my vote.
  3. If you want to see more diversity in "hard" content, like Strikes and Fractals, where party composition matters...I get it. But it sounds like you're making observations about the open world. At the risk of sounding disingenuous...why do you care? People play what they like, and if people are avoiding the new specs in the open world, that doesn't hurt anyone. It may speak to the quality or fun of the new specs, but it doesn't (shouldn't?) detract from the fun of anybody else. I would argue, actually, that seeing a mix of different elite specs is a sign of healthy diversity. The HoT specs weren't (necessarily) invalidated by the PoF specs, and the PoF specs shouldn't be invalidated by the EoD specs. Even after the fun nerfs, Im still playing my Firebrand, because my experience with Willbender hasn't been enjoyable, particularly in the open world (not enough AoE, no support).
  4. I have. Every piece works except for Solaria, Circle of the Sun (infused) and Lunaria, Circle of the Moon (infused). These do not give Expertise or Concentration, nor does their tooltip say they do. By contrast, a "fresh" uninfused Solaria or Lunaria from the laurel vendor has a tooltip that says that it does increase Concentration and Expertise, which makes it seem that this is a "bug" where the Infused versions of the items were not properly updated. Edit: It occurs to me that my Solaria and Lunaria are both Infused and Attuned. Is there anybody with with only Infused (not Attuned) versions that can confirm if that version of the item is working properly?
  5. The Laurel vendor sells fresh Solaria and Lunaria rings that are a correctly giving Expertise and Concentration. I suspect this is an issue exclusively with the infused versions.
  6. I am running a full ascended celestial gear set, including all 6 armor slots, 2-handed weapon slot, back/neck/rings/accessory slot, as well as six runes of the stars, which add an additional 36 to all stats. The numbers the gear claims to give me are: 30 (helm) 22 (shoulders) 67 (chest) 22 (hands) 44 (legs) 22 (boots) 118 (weapon) 28 (back) 50x2 (accessories) 57x2 (rings) 72 (amulet) 36 (Runes of the Stars) Adding this together, I should expect to see a stat block of 675, but what I am actually getting (in my Expertise and Concentration stats) is 561, which is a pretty massive difference. I don't know if I'm gaining similar numbers in other stats, because their calculation would be much more intense. This was in a level 80 area (Black Citadel) and I have no other modifiers to Expertise or Condition damage. My armor is fully repaired. I'm selectively replacing certain pieces of equipment now to try and pinpoint the issue, but does anybody have any idea why this would be? Edit: I have pinpointed the issue: my rings, for reasons unknown, are not providing Concentration or Expertise. They don't even list them as a stat that they give, despite being a Celestial combination: Solaria, Circle of the Sun (Infused) and Lunaria, Circle of the Moon (Infused) Edit 2: It occurs to me that my Solaria and Lunaria are both Infused and Attuned. Is there anybody with with only Infused (not Attuned) versions that can confirm if that version of the item is working properly?
