Found this yesterday while playing around 3:15PM Pacific, took a video and forgot to report till just now. Was interesting because you can get back in at the same location, but it's fairly difficult to actually exit the instance other than by running into the depths below. Video showing how to, which should help you locate where the clip is (and also shows where you can re-enter from the outside, in the event someone else gets stuck outside so they don't have to swim around for 20 minutes like I did...):
