Thank you. I did send and email and got no reply but i am now able to log on my account and in game just that i don't have the expansion active anymore. I just submitted a ticket as well -

Thank you for replying. I tried what you suggested and it didn't work. I got this message: 'To help us process your ticket faster, please log in to your ArenaNet account.' I'm not sure if my account was compromised as i succeded to change my password and i also have access to the email it was created on. -
Hello, so my account has just been blocked for security purposes after i just purchased the ultimate edition of End of Dragons. I cant even log on my account to contact Customer Support. What should i do?
