Some exciting changes to MESA that will bring a performance improvement to CPU bound games using RADV. https://www.phoronix.com/news/RADV-Lower-Draw-CPU-Overhead No doubt Phoronix will do gaming benchmarks once the merge request is complete. Coupled with the improvements coming to the next DXVK release and the ongoing work to merge a fully fledged Graphics Pipeline support in MESA should be good times ahead for GW2 players on linux. Updating to bleeding edge Mesa/ Mesa dev will be required though. I'd wait for the benchmarks but it sounds very promising 🙂

I run dual boot Arch Linux and Windows 11. Since the foo bar issues appeared I've been happily playing on windows. It just works. I've had zero crashes or issues with AMD driver 22.5.1. RX 6700XT. Played last night for about 4 hours, no crashes, screen flickering or trading post issues. Was nice just to play the game.

Azure it's my opinion and I own it. This is Mack here the Norn Berserker Warrior main. I don't cast this assessment lightly of Bladesworn. I do feel now that I'm on the other side of the fence playing other classes I have a valid perspective of what needs to be done. I do admit this does make me a hypocrite as people would QQ and troll me because I would run shout heal berserker with soldier rune. They would say " Mack you're kitten",you're only good because you rely on shout heals and tactics as a carry". It seems that I'm here looking in the mirror of my old self but on steroids and it's broken. I want warrior to work, to win to have its light of day. But this current iteration is literally the meaning of carry due to healing excess. I have a lot of respect for you and mean no offense to warrior mains that still play warrior. Mack

Bladesworn sustain carry is an insult to Warrior mains who actually wanted an espec that addressed the many issues that have been covered in countless forums threads and very in depth discussions. I'm not against Bladesworns skillset per say however, you have got to address the healing god elephant in the room. When you can just ignore major spikes and high damage rotations from opponents with a mere wiff of a faceroll we've got issues. I won't touch Bladesworn until they address the ez mode sustain. And I was a warrior main since 2015. Let's balance the sustain issue and move on

Hi guys. I was having the same issues with Lutris as mentioned in previous posts. I'm running Kubuntu. What worked for me is running the game through steam. I had to download and install the 'soldier' runtime first and then add GW2 as a non native steam game following the usual steps. I'm using using GE-Proton 7-26 ( latest ) and xanmod Kernel 5.18. GPU is AMD 6750xt The game is running great and updated. Note, I'm using the latest dxvk master builds as they are released.

Bro, they still make them. You can buy the directly from the US Logitech store or if outside the US, buy them on eBay. They are current revisions and not old stock. I've got 3 spare sitting in my cupboard 🙏
