I put in a ticket about the same issue 4 days ago and still no answer yet. Hope this and the Ls 3 issue gets fixed really soon -
I submitted a ticket 5 days ago and still no word yet. Really would like to have some type of response instead of just silence.

Yes this is really getting frustrating with no kind of response other than what was already posted by anet. I submitted a ticket over 3 days ago and no response to it as of yet. I hope they respond soon and put the lw3 back on sale again.

Still waiting on a reply here or through the ticket I submitted 2days ago and also found out that certain items on the trading post are locked saying that I need heart of thorns which I got for free when I bought path of fire several days ago.

I also bought the path of fire exp a couple of days ago and I would like to buy the season 3 complete bundle that is on sale but it does not show up for me. I really would like to get it while it is on sale.
