The Magnanimous Choir Bell does work. If you don't have that one, it costs only a few Snowflakes and a bit of good Karma. But you are not FORCED to buy anything. The achievement is hidden, even, and is worth only 1 point.

Meh. It's not my cup of tea, to say the least. Maybe it's the planty-organic design or that I can't seem to be able to dye it to my liking, but I reverted back to the Crystalline Dragon Wings I've had for years now.
