it felt so good to have a ranged sustainable burst mage class that doesn't feel totally kitten on damage. it's all i've ever wanted... after years of playing, I finally feel like i've found a class that feels right.

we have oh so many trenchcoats... which while they are cool, clint eastwood and Neo from the matrix don't need anymore love, lol.

So I recently opened steam and played through Duke Nukem, at which point I realised The voice actor Jon St. Jon also voices PvP in GW2. and liking fashion, I figured it ought to be extremely easy to make a tribute character of the Duke in GW2... Absolutely not the case. There is no light, medium, or heavy top that looks even slightly like a Duke top. or a tank top. We really should have a tank top somewhere in there, right? It just seems like an oversight that something so basic is missing in a game that otherwise has incredible attention to detail and the largest range of cosmetic options i've come across. A tank top with bandoliers wouldn't even be that out of place on an engineer. plus it'd be a cool head nod to not only gaming predecessors, but Jon St. Jon too. Anyway, just thought i'd bring attention to it. because hey, you don't get if you never ask, right? This is my first post, so If anyone has found a way to make something like this work cosmetically, a post is appreciated, thanks. :)

I don't mind Braham, he's a bit of a screw-up, he's a truly talented fighter but deeply flawed by his emotions, the worst kind of flaw a warrior can have., being ruled by them, and desperately trying to be the best Norn he can be, His mother outshone him so much and he desperately wants to make his own name, to not just be "Eirsson." We know where his arc goes. we just need to see if he's worthy of a name other than Eirsson. But the character I want to see more than any other is logan Thackery and it was this moment exactly that he convinced me to play GW2 over LotRO, a game for which I have a lifetime membership and a year of playtime logged: please, can we have more logan? i want to see him redeem himself, hopefully without dying. He's such a loyal character despite how the others perceive him. He deserves better than to be hated and shunned, he shows up for every fight he can and takes the lumps the others give him for following his duty.
