Hello!
I'm going to expose my problem after testing DX11.
Night Light is a Windows feature that covers the screen with a warm color filter during the night to reduce blue color. That helps falling sleep and reduce eye strain during low light conditions.
Most games disable this feature when they run on fullscreen because it distorts the colors and in general makes the output darker. I like that because with the filter games usually look a bit dreary and when I'm playing I'm not looking to fall asleep and I want to see the game scene properly.
Guild Wars 2 also disables Night Light when running in fullscreen.
The problem is, now, with DX11 enabled, even when running on fullscreen, Night Light isn't disabled. So I see the game with the warm filter on and it's a bit sad how it looks.
Could you please fix it so when the game is running on fullscreen with DX11, Night Light is also disabled?
Thanks for your effort updating game graphics, it works really smooth and I have no problems, except this one and another small issue with Alt + Tab which is already reported here.
