I have had the same file fix check after launching the game today. For those who see the "Nor Responding" message on the window of GW2 check if your processor is working. If it is, just wait or click again on the gw2 icon to refresh the count. It takes a little bit more time that you expect. It worked for me. I have had a second issue right after that: I went to my guild hall and the game said it could not connect to the game server (2 times in a row), but everything was working fine and I didn't have any laggs or something. And I am still logged in. No idea if both issues are related.
